Chapter 1 provides introductory material about terminologies, definitions, and other accessible knowledge. The following chapter gives us a general idea about UX lifecycle methodologies and required techniques. Besides, this book also provides a basic yet declarative timeline of UX. It summarizes several different framework from personal experience.
